The _SESSIONS table is never updated when using MySQL 5.0 Strict Mode (works with Strict Mode Off). Any rows in the table when the database is restored remain there (unless deleted by hand) and new sessions are never recorded in the table.

No errors or warnings are ever displayed (even with all debugging options on) and the system otherwise works fine (the Who Is Where block gives a no data warning and is not displayed if the _SESSIONS table is emptied by hand).

Reproduce code:
Use MySQL 5.0 with strict mode on. Empty the _SESSIONS table and then open the website log in or whatever and you can see that no information is shown in Who Is Where blocks. Looking in the database shows _SESSIONS is not populated.

Try again with MySQL 5.0 without Strict Mode and all is working fine.

Expected result:
_SESSIONS should be populated / cleaned as normal and Who Is Where blocks should reflect this data.

Actual result:
Who Is Where blank and _SESSIONS data is never changed, session data is never added or removed.
